We believe that getting to know ourselves is a process that never ends.
Discovering what we like, what moves us, what we need and what we want to build in our lives means asking ourselves questions, challenging some certainties and allowing ourselves to explore new paths.
A space to create and experiment
Sometimes we get to know ourselves better when we stop looking for answers with our heads and give ourselves permission to experience.
Creating, writing, moving, breathing, meditating, sharing, listening to a story or simply pausing can also be ways of discovery.
A space to come together
Punto Medio was also born from a very human need: connecting with others.
We believe in conversations that open our minds, in sharing experiences, in listening to different points of view and in building networks where we can feel supported.
Because even though every process is personal, we don't have to go through it alone.
A universe in motion
This space will keep growing and changing over time.

Munay Ki 13th Rite of the Womb
What is it?
The womb ritual is a spiritual ceremony that aims to honor and heal feminine energy and our connection with the earth.
What does it involve?
It's a meditation in which we bring light and love to the wombs of the 7 generations of women who came before us, in order to heal and free ourselves from old ties.
With this practice we heal the 7 previous generations and the 7 generations to come. We release and clear old beliefs, connect with Mother Earth, reconnect with our power and cleanse energy from past sexual partners.
